Privacy Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (so-called Privacy Code) and Article 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (so-called GDPR).

DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller of your personal data is Studio Commercialisti Associati, P.IVA 04137030377, Via Rubbiani, 5 - 40124 Bologna, responsible for the lawful and proper use of your personal data. DATA PROCESSED
We process only the data strictly necessary for the conclusion and execution of contracts with our clients and to respond to your requests. Typically, the personal data collected includes: first and last name, email address, phone number, address, VAT number, and Tax Identification Number. The data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations provided therein, according to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of user privacy.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided by the user, if any, are used for purposes related to the execution of the requested service or performance. No data is disclosed or shared with third parties, except in cases provided by law or when necessary to perform the requested services, with the prior authorization of the data subject.

The data may be processed for two purposes:

  • Contractual purposes: to fulfill service and performance requests. We do not need to obtain your explicit consent to process personal data for contractual purposes, as consent is implied by your request for contractual services. Failure to provide this data or the provision of incomplete or incorrect data may prevent the formation of a contract, and as a result, we may not be able to provide the requested services and performance.
  • Promotional purposes: We may be interested in processing your personal data for promotional activities, such as sending information about new products and/or services, events, conferences, presentations, etc. Such information may be delivered through traditional methods (phone calls with an operator, mailing of printed advertising materials, etc.) or automated methods (SMS, emails, newsletters). In this case, we will request your explicit and specific consent for the processing of personal data for promotional purposes, which you may withdraw at any time.

Refusal to consent for promotional purposes does not affect the contractual services that will be provided as per the agreement. Additionally, if you are already a client, we reserve the right to send you promotional initiatives related to services and/or performance similar to those you have already utilized.

DATA RETENTION
The data collected for contractual purposes will be processed and retained for the entire duration of the contract. Data collected solely for promotional purposes will be retained for a maximum of 24 months.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services of this site and the email service takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the data controller. This website, its email accounts, and the related database are hosted on a virtual server, physically located on hardware owned by eLogic srl (www.elogic.it), based in the BT Italia server farm (www.globalservices.bt.com) in Milan, Italy. The server is accessible via SSH by authorized personnel from Smart srl.

METHOD OF PROCESSING
The data we collect is primarily processed using automated tools. Personal data may also be processed using traditional methods (e.g., by recording on paper registers). In any case, we use constantly updated measures to ensure the security of data processing and storage.

DATA ACCESS
In addition to the Data Controller, the data may be accessed by employees of the controller, appointed as internal data processors or system operators. External collaborators of the controller, such as professionals (lawyers, accountants) or service providers (e.g., banks, insurance companies), appointed as external data processors, may also access the data.

DATA COMMUNICATION OR TRANSFER
The personal data collected may be communicated to judicial authorities in cases expressly provided for by law without the data subject's consent. If Studio Commercialisti Associati intends to transfer or communicate the personal data being processed to identified third parties or general categories (e.g., banks), we will seek your explicit and specific consent. Outside of the cases described above, personal data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties.


DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them, obtain details of the origin, purposes, and methods of processing, request the updating, rectification, or integration of the data, request the deletion of data processed in violation of the law, and has the right to object to the processing for purposes other than those explicitly stated.

Complaint
You can exercise any of the rights described in this section against the Data Controller by sending an email to info@studiassociato.it. We may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action based on your request. Access to data
The data subject has the right to request copies of the personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and/or request that we transmit such information to another service provider (where technically feasible).

Withdrawal of consent and restriction of personal data processing
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending us a communication specifying your desire to withdraw consent, or by directly unsubscribing where applicable. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
